When you email or call us, we process the data you provide yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, the content of your message and any photos of the job. When we carry out a job for you, we also process the data needed for the quote and the invoice.

Why do we process this data?

• To answer your question or prepare a quote, at your request.
• To carry out and invoice the job, on the basis of our agreement with you.
• To comply with our legal obligations, such as our accounting and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

Who do we share your data with?

We only share your data when necessary, for example with our accountant, our email provider and the hosting provider of this website, or when the law requires us to.

This website

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking services. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address is processed in order to display and secure the website. The link to Google Maps opens an external website, to which Google's privacy policy applies.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Data that we must keep for accounting and VAT purposes is kept for as long as the law requires.
